This one goes to all you Brad’s out there. An interwoven story unfolds with Sheriff Bucky Ballard, his Deputy cousin, Busby “Bus” Ballard, and Forensic Investigator Fiona Peach and her private team on the trail of Kat Walker, a travel nurse with a deadly hobby.

“What’s your name darlin’?” the Love Doctor asked.

“It’s Kat, from Sugardale, Georgia.”

The chloroform was starting to wear off as Brad made more noises and coughed against his gag. He moaned as Kat pushed herself to stand and he wailed when his eyes focused below. His face was red and flushed as he hung over the side. He cried and attempted to maneuver his way out from his restraints. To no avail, he couldn’t pull loose but only tightened the knots. His muscles were taxed from being drugged, dragged, starved, and shut up in the trunk for hours on end. He spit out his socks and looked around until he saw Kat standing over him.

“It’s you. You Nutty Bitch.”

interesting story

but... it wasn't the right narrator! it took me 6 chapters to get over irritation that was constantly there so I could not pay attention to the story so much. I even started to look for a ebook as decided to read instead of listening.
I believe this is the case that narrator made this book worse...
story it self was interesting and I liked the angles how it was presented.
