Summary
'Cwtch!' Pronounced 'Cutch' ('cwt' rhymes with put, 'ch' as in chicken). Snuggling and cuddling and loving and protecting and safeguarding and claiming, all rolled into one. There is an element of intimacy, earnestness and ownership in this Welsh word (recently adopted into the Oxford English Dictionary) that the closest English equivalents, 'cuddle', 'snuggle' and 'hug' lack. It is this theme that flows throughout the 'Cwtch!' series of audio experiences. The audio tracks in this collection are not essentially erotic experiences but rather they are created to be comforting, relaxing and reduce tension.
The original and very popular ‘Cwtch!’ audio has been re-mastered for release as part of this new compilation. The Cwtch collection of vanilla, immersive audio tracks makes use of the technique of Directed Erotic Visualisation (DEV) to help develop a sense of well-being and relaxation as an aid in the war on stress. There is more on DEV later in this companion text. While we need a little stress to enable us to function efficiently, too much can damage our health.
In most of our daily lives we encounter deadlines, completion dates and the need to deliver in many different ways. Even preparing a family meal is a collection of planned and timed tasks that need to come together at the end so we can sit down and eat! However, stress can be a terrible thing when you have too much of it. It can lead to high blood pressure (Hypertension), insomnia and many other physical ills.
Relaxation is how we can defeat stress, but in today’s rush and hustle of a complicated work/life balance, relaxing is a skill to be learned - it takes commitment and practice. The difficulty is that practice and commitment all add to the pressure on our already scarce time, yet another stress-making demand!
A DEV audio experiences are always undergoing development and improvement. You can now have your very own personalised experiences and scenes for a relatively small production fee. You can find out more by visiting the home of DEV website, Transgressions at www.smotp.xxx.
