Summary
A younger Dom. A grieving sub. Two men whose kinks don't align (or so they think) connecting in sign language.
Marco and Greg would both rather be anywhere than a kink club on Valentine’s Day. Marco doesn’t have the patience to speech-read in a hearing crowd. And Greg is still mourning his Sir who passed away three years ago.
But when Greg steps in to explain something in sign language, Marco can’t stop thinking about the light he sees in those sad eyes. Strong, older, fluent in ASL, and sweetly submissive, Greg is exactly Marco’s type. Even if Greg isn’t ready for another relationship yet, Marco isn’t ready to let him go.
Greg thought that he would never want to date someone again. But as painful as it is to admit, he’s starting to feel like it might be time. Marco is like no one he’s never met. Small, twink-ish, over a decade younger, and a Daddy, he isn’t at all what Greg imagined in a Dom. Yet he’s undeniably attracted to his care and control, even after Marco reveals that he’s transgender. Slipping into the language of his childhood, Greg wonders if he might have a second chance at love.
This book contains hurt/comfort themes, lots of heat, and a HEA ending. This is the first book in the Love Language series celebrating Deaf characters and Deaf culture.

Marco & Greg
This book was everything Marco and Greg are perfect. Also bringing ASL into a story had me sceptical but it worked so well and made me love the guys and their story even more.

Love Language
Thank you for acx audio, I voluntarily give this book an honest review. If your tlooking for a cute old sub with a young pretty daddy that just bring the emotional feels, Marco and Greg is the one for you. After all Valentine's day at a kink club! Its ugh such a dreadful thing to do..right? Especially with the hearing as Marco is whined into doing. One night leads to regrets of betraying the memory of Richard, Now two months of only a few messages past back to Marco, Greg feels he but which really was the regret the sneaking away from Marco after showing him a taste of something new. When a experiment leads to a unwanted friend zone, can Marco win over the older man?
Greg isn't interested in the scenes after the loss of his Sir, only is that really true?
Narrator Christopher Solon did these characters so well, after all bringing Marco and Greg to life in the audio world had to be a challenge in itself. So Applause!

Gorgeously written and told
Reese wrote such an eloquent book, which I had read earlier. They created two wonderful people who develop and grow throughout the story.
If you like your characters diverting from the norm, this is a wonderful book for you with caring and compasinate main characters. Who find their way to their own hea/ hfn.
I was wondering how the author and Christopher would incorporate the ASL etc in this audiobook. I think they did that in a good way and the explanation at the beginning also helps.

Such a Beautiful hurt/comfort love story!
Absolutely beautiful, well-told, full of hurt/comfort, courage, strength, a whole lot of patience, & an equal or greater amount of love, leading to - who knows what lies ahead? These 2 are exquisite. The character development is top notch, so much empathy & compassion for both MCs at various points. When they get it together though, oh my, that's when the fireworks really start to sizzle! Love Greg and Marco sooo much! Great story!!
Christopher Solon is a new-to-me narrator, but I am now a fan! Well-executed all around, from pacing, character voicing, sign-voicing, it was wonderful! It brought that extra special something, truly brought the 'words off the page'. Well done.

Beautiful story
Reese Morrison’s writing is hard to describe- I always leave the story learning so much more about the world and it’s diverse people. Their stories are emotional and real - they make me feel. Christopher Solon’s performance was really well done and I’m so glad I got to listen.

Marco and Greg (love story)
Greg is grieving his partner, after years of loving him and being his sub. Marco is younger but he is the dom for Greg. It takes time and adjustment but they finally make it happen. A love story that’ll make Greg heal and live again happily. Well written with ASL explained for those of us who don’t have much experience with that, some self discoveries and a taste of kink. Great narration too.
Thank you for this gift.

The most beautiful language
Marco and Greg are so amazing. We have an older man who still mourns his lost Sir with a younger Daddy that faces so much. As these two figure out their own relationship, There are so many emotions that this book/audio will pull from you that you need to be prepared for all the feels.
The mourning that Greg still has for his Sir is something that is so understandable, and the way Marco has to figure out how to handle it is something that, I believe, every person who falls for someone that has lost a love like that. When I first read this book, I was a little confused by the mourning. Several months after the book released, I became a widow at the age of 41. Listening to this story now, I realized that Greg's mourning is familiar. I've found love again but I still have moments of missing him and wondering "what if". So, the mourning, is understandable to those that have been through it.

Lots going on
This book had me a bit confused. The storyline was great and the characters were well written I’m just a little confused as to the dynamics of the relationship. It’s the first book I’ve listened/read that has so many different aspects going on all at the same time. It’s very brave of Reese to take on such a demanding subject, well done. A brilliant performance from Christopher, the character’s really came alive through you.
