I have found this book incredibly useful to help me explore the movement of energy and feel its ability to transform traumas and blockages in my daily life.

This book is not just informational. There are many meditations throughout the book that are wonderful to follow and to use in everyday life. Life is much more exciting and beautiful and my sexuality, slumbering for so long is beginning to awaken.

The meditations in this book are quite literally helping to transform my life.
