■講演者紹介:神仁(じん・ひとし) (財)全国青少年教化協議会主幹/臨床仏教研究所上席研究員。1961年、東京都杉並区に生まれる。大正大学および駒澤大学で仏教学を専攻。87年、文部省文化交流プログラムにより、ベナレスヒンドゥー大学大学院(インド)へ留学。同大学で教鞭をとり、帰国後、雑誌編集者を経て現職。専門は臨床仏教学。NPO活動やボランティアをキーワードとして、社会とつながる公益性の高い寺院のあり方や宗教者の活動について広く提案し続けている。チャイルドヘルプライン・インターナショナル(CHI)アジア太平洋地域代表、チャイルドライン支援センター理事、江戸川子どもおんぶず理事、エンゲイジド・ブッディズム研究会世話人、平和について考え学び願う仏教者の集い(平仏集)世話人、アーユス仏教国際協力ネットワーク専門委員、日弁連子どもの権利委員会各界懇談会メンバー、大正大学オープンカレッジ講師などを歴任。主な著書・論文に『仏教教育の実践』(国書刊行会・近刊)、『せとぎわの仏教』(編著・鎌倉新書)、『日本の仏教を知る事典』(共著・東京書籍)、『家族の再生』(共著・佼成出版社)など多数。■講演日:2008年11月26日(水)■講演会場:新宿 常圓寺祖師堂■主催:日蓮宗東京西部社教会、摩天楼法話会実行委員会(C)しごとの自習室
