Summary
A strong minded Irishwoman pursuing her dream. A disillusioned businessman ready to retire. Can two determined people separated by years and miles find true love at the end of an Irish rainbow?
Prepare for romance and fun with the third book in the home-flipping series brought to you by USA Today bestselling author Josie Riviera.
Irishwoman Kathleen Kelly wants to renovate her new tea house in America to a sparkling shine, enticing droves of customers to Roses, NC. But the project quickly takes a turn for the worse when her hard work falls flat.
Rob Taylor knows a thing or two about running a business. He’s built Rob’s Marvelous Muffins into a thriving business catering to hundreds of customers.
With Rob in Miami and Kathleen in Roses, a May-December romance isn’t a part of Kathleen’s carefully laid-out plans. Besides, they’ve both admitted to each other how unlucky they are in love. Better to leave romance out of the picture and stick to friendship and hard work.
Kathleen has no choice but to face what she is most afraid of...commitment.
And it will take more than hot tea and marvelous muffins to bridge the gap between them.
From USA Today bestselling author Josie Riviera comes a heartwarming sweet romance about Irish grit, with a good deal of decorating and old-fashioned renovating thrown in.

Sweet, with a pinch of Irish
I lovee Josies sweet romances and this one was not an exception. It was sweet, clean, emotional and excelently performed. The plot was well done and very realistic and relatable.
Personally, for the first half of the book I loved both characters, but as story progressed my dislike for Kathleen has started and grew till the end of the story. In my opinion she did not deserve Rob or his sweet affection and deviotion.

Sweet romance!
There is nothing better than knowing a listen is going to ease your tension and let you fall in love. Josie Riviera's books do this for me every time. This is the wonderful story of Kathleen, who decides she would like to fulfill her dream of opening a tea house in the United States. It's a big decision moving from Ireland to North Carolina, but with the help of her friend Rob, she is secure in her decision. Rob is a little older than Kathleen, and as a successful entrepreneur is ready to help. But what these two find is far more than business. Both have past hurts, so will their budding relationship flourish? There is a little plot twist in this too, which gives the relationship a little boost! It's sweet, fun, and flirty. I loved that the characters were a little more mature and it wasn't their first go round in life. It gives the story depth and a realistic feel. And as with all of RIviera's books, the food is amazing!
Narration by the talented Anthea Hallett-Ybarra gives us an authentic Irish feeling. Her accent brings this story to life and gives us that lilt of happiness. She quickly can change her voices with ease and has the story flowing. I enjoyed her performance and will definitely be looking out for more of her.
