Take care of yourself in a simple way

This book is great for anyone seeking a gentle yet powerful way to improve their well-being in their golden years. I love how this book shows how you can be healthy and take care of yourself, but not have to do anything crazy intense. I want to stay mobile, but I'm not looking to do any of these crazy stunts I've seen people do when they exercise. I'm not trying to be a bodybuilder. I just want to take care of myself and be able to still get around just fine in my golden years. This is a great book for anyone else who feels like that.
