ぼくはここ1年半ほど、初の長編小説となる物語をコツコツと書いてきました。ここまで13万字とちょっと書いたかな。大体24万字ぐらいで終わるとなんとなく思うので、今ちょうど半分ぐらいのところまで来ているということです。 　舞台は1964年の横浜です。 　きっとこのメルマガを読んでいる人の多くが1964年にはまだ生まれていなかったと思うんだけど、ぼくは1948年の9月生まれなので、1964年は15歳から16歳という年齢でした。 　そしてこの小説の主人公、JJ勝谷も15歳の少年。横浜の山手にあるカトリック系の男子校に通う高校一年生。彼は酒もタバコもやる、いわゆる悪ガキですが、本を読むのが大好きで、暖かい家族にも友達にも恵まれています。そんな彼はある夜、ダンスパーティで21歳の魔性の女に出会い. . .という感じでスタートする青春小説です。 　このメルマガで連載していくので是非読んでみて下さい。(本文より)ロバート・ハリス　運命のダイスを転がせ！ はこちらから→http://yakan-hiko.com/robert.html
