Disappointing book that is written from a religious standpoint

As someone with Aspergers who is rational and skeptical I was very disappointed to find out this book was written with an assumption that a god (think its Yahweh) exists. This straight away ruined the book for me. Such books should be written from a rational stand point. Very very disappointed.
