A Leaders Journey is a must read for any leader.
This is a must for anyone who is interested in becoming a better leader. It has great insight into the leaders journey communicated in a very authentic and action orientated way. Being a fan of behavioural science I love the links to the DISC model and John Maxwell. Great storytelling that is engaging and so interesting. A great author definitely in my top all time leadership books. You must read this book.........

Wonderful story , simply told and easy to implement for any aspiring leader
Great story!
Easy to understand and easy to implement, and you should reach out to Mike if you need help on your journey or to take the DISC work to the next level.
I would encourage all aspiring leaders to listen and then take action.
