Picked up but not great
It feels like a mosh mash of ‘A zero waste’ home by Bea Johnson, ‘The life changing magic of tidying up’ by Marie Kondo and ‘Why we sleep’ by Matthew Walker without any of their ideas being credited, sometimes almost word for word. Not many original ideas at all. I’d recommend the above for an in-depth look at what Anita Vandyke touched on.
