Plenty of strategies to try out

My husband has ADHD, and managing it as an adult when you’re already set in your ways is hard, but not impossible. One thing about ADHD is they need to feel some kind of reward or dopamine from any task, or it’s not worth doing in their minds. This book is helpful because it has a lot of tools to try, so you can see what works and what sticks since everyone with ADHD is different. The time management tips and relationship advice were really practical, and the section on using apps and tech has been a big help for him staying focused. If you’re working through ADHD as an adult or supporting someone who is, this book gives you plenty of options to make things feel more manageable. It’s a great resource.
