Very motivating
I love listening to affirmations before I go to bed and also in the morning, this book is great to have in your library to refer back to when you need to banish those limiting beliefs, I also find this book so effective when I'm doing cardio at the gym and on my last breath but I only have 2k to go, I make sure I have this playing in my headphones and it gives me that extra push!

Perfect for my morning routine!
I love affirmations, they have had such a huge impact on my life. I have been looking for some affirmations for my morning routine before I start my workout and these are perfect. The audiobook is only 20mins long, but that works out just the right amount of time for me to get up and get ready and then start. Highly recommend :)
