Feeling Relief

The audiobook gave me ideas to help me understand teen girls who may have anxiety or stress either at school or work. I learned that when meeting new people, we can choose good or evil regarding harsh expectations. For example, if someone tells me something and I disagree with his/her advice, I would think twice and analyze it before deciding because other people may follow it, and we should do our best to be good citizens. This audiobook is not only for girls; we as parents may learn from it as if we were in their shoes. Whenever we feel lost, we must visit the list where we took notes and try to remember so we don’t forget what we learned next time. Yes, we must take notes to avoid forgetting what we learned.

Finally, a book that gets it!

Being a teenage girl is tough, and this book totally gets it. It talks about all the things that stress me out, from school to friends to social media. But it also gives me real strategies to deal with anxiety. I've already started using some of the tips, and I honestly feel like it's helping. Super Relatable to Teens

I bought this book because my teen is suffering from anxiety and I was not sure how to help. This book is an ideal book for teens with anxiety and normal teenage stress. The book helps teens identify negative thoughts and change their thinking. It includes affirmations when self-doubt comes over your teen and they cannot stop worrying.
