Helped me discover so much and save my marriage!

I've struggled with an anxious attachment style practically my entire life but it wasn't until recently that I was able to identify it. I've been on a journey of figuring myself out and trying to improve myself and this book has been an absolute game changer. It has explained exactly what an anxious attachment looks like, which is so validating. And it has actionable steps to recover. It has helped my marriage so much because I can better explain and communicate to my husband how I'm feeling and process my emotions with him now that I have such a more sold understanding. I'm glad I got the chance to listen to this audiobook, because I really liked how it's written in a step by step manner. You could listen to all steps at once, or you can listen to it in bits and pieces focusing on each step independently. I appreciated the focus on recovering from trauma in order to work towards a stronger, lasting relationship. It's nicely written and narrated, in a way that's easy to follow.

Finally working through my troubles

The loss of my son has caused me to have attachment issues. I have been afraid of losing anyone else, and in doing so, I have pushed them away. I wanted to find a way to have healthy relationships again, and this book has been my guide. This book is well written and easy to follow. The book has easy steps to follow to change how I view the world. I have learned how to recognize my emotional triggers. The journaling prompts have been my favorite, and I do them daily. highly recommend.
