I enjoyed listening

I don’t know about the methods because I haven’t tried it yet, but the books are very high quality, very interesting and beneficial in my opinion. I am so happy that I found this book. Recommend!

A lot of weight loss.

I lost 15 pounds in less that three weeks using this Intermittent fasting method. I recommended this book to my friends and some overweight relatives. Recommend to everybody!

In love with intermittent fasting!

This diet approach is probably the safest and the best of all. Stop eating and give your body a break I necessary and very important, this book gives everything you need to fallow that correctly!
