  • This week's guest: Hal Luther is a man on a mission to help elite athletes get to peak performance but also to inspire them to go beyond what they think they can do. A graduate of Springfield College and the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse graduate school. He went on to be NSCA certified strength coach. After he completed his education he spent time working at North Carolina State and then Syracuse. In 2013 he made a transition to the NFL working with the Buffalo Bills. His resume includes being a part of programs that won the Micron PC Bowl, Insight Bowl, Pinstripe Bowl, two NCAA DI lacrosse national championship, as well as four AFC East Championships.
