Rebecca is one of the fastest ever women in HYROX, she won her age group at the 2022 in Las Vegas, and then finished 6th in the Elite 15 at the Manchester World Championships the following year. Unfortunately, she recently had to retire from competing in the sport due to a long-term injury, so I talk to her about how she has dealt with this and progressed into the next stage of her HYROX career as a coach. She shares tonnes of great tips on improving your performance in HYROX, both through training and some excellent tips on mental resilience.
