Back pain can be caused by a variety of medical conditions, including strain from bending the wrong way, not having good posture, injuries from sports or improper movements, and more.   • Use a heating pad three to four times per day for 20 - 30 minutes each session. For help with inflammation, rotate between the heating pad and an ice pack.
