The best and effective one so far

I used this together with my grandparents and we surely enjoyed following each step/chapter given here. Although it is solely made for our seniors, I was able to use it personally as well. My grandparents have been using this audio every morning. It surely is worth the listen, it's perfect for the morning!

Great instructional material

For seniors, this is really a nice step-by-step instructions in doing the Tai Chi and Yoga. We, especially me doesn't have any idea on what to do or how to start doing the tai chi or yoga that's why this audiobook helps me so much in doing both activities. This audiobook is very commendable for all seniors out there.

With my Grandma!

This has been such a nice listen and bond with my grandmother. We listened to it all day and did so much, it was just so fun having to do this kind of things once in a while. It's also nice that there would be an audiobook like this as well! I especially loved how all of it was narrated,
