Ideal for my parents
I wanted to listen to this before recommending it to my parents, which I will certainly do now. Given their limited mobility these yoga exercises are ideal. It's also reassuring that as I age, if mobility or balance becomes an issue, I can explore these poses as well. The narration was great and overall I enjoyed how the topic was laid out. Definitely worth a listen if this topic applies to you (or loved ones).
