Life Changing

The case is layed out very clearly that people pleasing is not respected, not constructive and harmful to one's self esteem. In fact, it is positively dangerous.
This book lays out very clearly as to why you should start saying no, and do so very quickly.
Don't live to please. There's no better case against doing so than this book.
