very disappointing
focuses too much on breathing, no sorry to take kids mind off something which might be bothering them. no visualisation in first 10 minutes anyway, my 7 year old gave up after that. I was very disappointed on listening to it. vocal too high pitched, too loud compared to the music too, she sounds like she's trying too hard to sound soothing. too breathy, and irritating. a deeper tone of voice would be more like a parents voice.

Completely ridiculous!
My 8 year old daughter has trouble getting to sleep, we have tried most of everything but I thought I would try a meditation story audiobook. So this story is meant to send kids to sleep. It is advertised as specifically written and narrated for kids. Yet story 1 contains a story line about a "burglar trying to get into your house, you are a little scared", with atmospheric music. My daughter couldn't make it past this part, she was really worried.
I feel that this is an irresponsible and completely ridiculous storyline given the advertised purpose of the book.

Very scary first story about burglary
Really scared my daughter. Not relaxing at all! The breathing part is good but story inappropriate for bedtime.

Not relaxing for children
The first 'story' describes a loud noise and burglars breaking into the child's house. But not to worry they are attacked and chased off by a big dog.
So far from appropriate bedtime meditation!

Scary
Not at all relaxing for my children, the first story had a section in about thieves breaking in to the house just before you fall asleep!!
