Beautiful book

Loved the content, easy to listen to understand. Lacked the airy fairy and pretentiousness that some self help books have.
A really good book to start on a path of self discovery.
Fully recommend it.

Pleasantly inspiring. Simple yet so effective. Putting the responsibility for all that happens in our lives onto our own thoughts. Calming to listen to and highly recommend to anyone looking to take another step on a self help journey.
