Summary

This book is intended to demonstrate how we have a tendency to fall into a state of confusion and emotional roller coaster by our set of beliefs and the power we give into our ego. The author shares personal experiences and techniques on how to move beyond such state of mind. This book will give you the opportunity to challenge your status quo and provide you with the tools to perceive life circumstances from a place of self-empowerment.

Sermon

Any additional comments?

I prefer this kind of book to be read by the writer for the benefit of sincerity. Having said that, the narration was fine but much as I tried I couldn't maintain my attention for more than a minute. I restarted chapter 10 at least 5 times (it's only 3 mins long!) listened to another two chapters and thought why am I listening to this (or not!), so with one hour of it left I gave up.

From the bits I did grasp I felt I was being preached at about the sinful nature of the ego. This I found annoying but if your ego is less irritable than mine you might be able to benefit from this book!

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
