Full nights sleep at last
I have had the hardest time sleeping now that I am entering menopause. I cannot turn my brain off. I found this audiobook that is supposed to help. Well, it does. I have slept the last three nights nearly all the way through without the help of medications. I cannot be more thankful for this. I am falling asleep much faster, and my awake time is now more productive.
