Focus on healing from within
I have listened to a few audiobooks on the topic of narcissism. However, it was fascinating to understand that having a father with narcissistic traits can subconsciously play a role in entering romantic relationships as an adult with men displaying the same tendencies. It is also good that the author is honest in saying that there is no fixed recovery time after exiting an unhealthy relationship. However, by following the advice in the book you can heal and also look forward to enjoying healthy and fulfilling relationships in the future.

A great audiobook on being emotionality ready
This is an excellent audiobook about learning to discern real people from bad people. Listening to the voices of society and those trying to find people to step on makes it difficult to adjust. People's lack of self-love sometimes attract a narcissist who could find themselves trapped with psychological damage. It covers what could have happened as a child might affect future relationships. Even all the things that could happen and how to prepare yourself which is the highest level of importance.
