Brilliant
I've followed Abby's podcast for a few years, and have got her other book (although I never finished it due being distracted by various life events), so needless to say, I am a fan. However, this (audio)book needs specific mention for being authentic, relatable and relevant.
There is a dearth of material out there on self-improvement that I have found impactful - this stands out as bucking this trend, and is really meaningful. Abby has made a really positive impression in my life (and thus in the lives of those around me), and I am sure that is true for many people who come across her.
