Good info and practical tools

I like that the focus of this book starts in our own mind- and doesn't place all of the focus of our anxiety on external factors. I also appreciate that the author acknowledges that taming our anxiety will be a lifelong process, but with hard work and the tools provided, relief is possible. This book is written in easy-to-understand language and provides a great framework for healing.

Beautifully audible

It was much easier for me to listen to the entire “book” than reading at a go without pausing! Unbelievable how intriguing, informative, therapeutic and revealing the book is…I was totally immersed in it and so blessed. Would I recommend? YES!! And that’s why I’m giving it a 5 star

Fantastic resource if you or a loved one suffers

This book is such a fantastic resource for anyone struggling with anxiety! It uses practical tips and tricks to help you help yourself or someone else.
