Easy to listen to!

This is a great reminder of everything your Mom taught you growing up. In this fast-paced world we think we are invincible and are really not listening to our bodies when it comes to our health. I appreciate this straightforward and candid approach to health issues that so many (includng me) ignore with impunity.
