A great guide for seniors!
I got this because I fell last summer and it took me forever to heal. It wasn't a hard fall but it was enough that it had a significant effect on my daily routines. I do not want to go thru that again. My kids suggested I try yoga to get my strength back and I am so happy I took their advice. This has been so rewarding doing this. I've learned so much and this audiobook provided the exercises that I can do from a chair! I am really loving this and have actually joined a local gym near me to keep this momentum going. This audiobook gave me the kick start I needed to get familiar with this type of exercise and gave me great exercises to do right at home. This is a great book, do yourself a favor and get this, you won't be sorry!
