Enjoy life at this age!

I really love the exercises in here that specifically focus on chronic pain. They say everyone gets older and your body falling apart just comes with the territory. Well, I'm okay with getting older. But I want to still enjoy life. I know my body won't be the same as a 20-year-old. But if I take care of myself, I can still get around just fine and do a lot of things I love. This was a good book for showing me things I can do (no crazy intense workouts) that will help me enjoy life for a long time to come.

Exercise book without pictures

I wasn't sure how an audiobook would work without pictures, but I was amazed. The narrator explains each movement and walks through each step clearly. Moreover, her voice and tone are upbeat and full of positive energy. I'm halfway through the 30-day plan, and I already feel more robust and more flexible. But this book goes beyond just yoga. It dives into hydration, nutrition, breathing, and pain relief. Finally, the quotes at the beginning of each chapter are relevant and fun.

Great book!

This book is an absolute gem for seniors looking to stay active and independent as they age. A Must Listen for Seniors

I've practiced yoga for over 15 years. Now that I am well past 60, I continue to look for exercises that I can do and be consistent with practicing. You can get a complete workout following the instructions. These exercises also help with joint and pain relief. The audiobook comes with illustrated exercises that you can download. The best part of this audiobook is that it's like having your own personal trainer in your living room, giving you instructions while you perform the exercises. Great Listen!

Easy and Effective

I really liked this book because it’s like a helpful friend guiding you through easy chair yoga routines that only take 10 minutes. They’re great for getting rid of pain and stress, and they’re perfect for anyone, no matter how old you are or if you’re dealing with illness or injuries. What’s more, it’s not just about yoga. The book teaches you about breathing properly and explains why each move is good for you. The pictures and explanations are simple and clear, so you can easily do the yoga poses yourself. Plus, it talks about eating right and staying hydrated, which is great for feeling better as we get older. It takes 30 days to go through everything, but you learn so much more than just yoga. It’s a fantastic resource to have, especially if you’re just starting out or need to take things a bit slower. I’m keeping this one close by for sure!

Excellent how to book on yoga for seniors!

Very well done book! There is a ton of information here, along with the exercises. I like how it is specific for seniors and those over sixty. There are so many seniors in chronic pain, and chair yoga is an easy way to gain flexibility and mobility. The exercises are well described, and the book comes with a PDF, which is really nice! The narrator's voice is easy to listen to as well. Highly recommended!
