Good book for self-development enthusiasts
I like books like that. Quite short, simply but really motivating and cobtains really practical and useful informations. Very good to absolutely novices and people well on the path of self-development. For the latter to refresh importance of basic topics. Esoecially interesting to me in this regard is the chapter on setting goals i set and achive goals for quite long time now but this chapter gave me new insight. Very good to listen on a bit longer train or coach journey as it last two hours. The only point is, as someone else has noticed in review - poor editing. Author is having few takes to read some sentences ("let me start again here) and it sounds a bit like recorded on the phone. He should ask the guy who reads "About the author" section to read this book for him as technically it sounds much better than the whole book itself and as a lector he sounds better as well. But because book is not expensive is still DEFINITELY WORTH TO BUY AND LISTEN.

A good summary of many familiar themes, if you can forgive the poor editing…
I liked it, it’s a useful concise synopsis of many themes most of us have heard before. Sadly the editing is woeful, really off putting to hear the narrator and author having to make corrections and do multiple takes. I nearly didn’t listen to it because it’s just a little amateur to leave these in there. Makes me wonder if the author and/anyone at audible has actually listened back to this because it’s not a good look… aside from that it’s good, but could have been so much better with better editing.
