Sintesi generale

Si parla da tempo di medicina alternativa, ma spesso non sappiamo a cosa ci si riferisce. Questo libro è praticamente un elenco e descrizione di queste "pratiche alternative", uno spunto per iniziare a capire cosa sono.
Ci sono due modi per ascoltare questo libro. Ascoltarlo con curiosità anche in una sola volta essendo relativamente breve, oppure studiarlo muniti di carta e penna perché è ricchissimo di informazioni.
La voce gradevolissima e una registrazione/editing ottima, rendono questo prodotto uno tra i migliori che ho ascoltato.
