Interesting topic but read very badly
Download this book for a 22 hour flight, interesting topic but had to stop listening after 3 chapters, Michael Goldsmith reads in a very disjointed manner, adding pauses where there shouldn’t be and generally hard to listen to, he also sounds like shaggie (scooby doo), the individual chapters don’t in to nearly enough depth.
