Good little compact book on trading psychology.

Short, to the point, and with tons of good advice that can help you resolve the internal conflicts most traders have. The book is based around developing a professional mindset and focusing on procedure rather than outcome, and there's lots of helpful suggestions for ways to do that, and helpfully it addresses each of the common problems traders have specifically. I have to admit I couldn't get into the EFT tapping he suggests.

Narrator is good too.
