Bristol - 1953.

Edna Burbage has three beautiful children and considers herself lucky until the advent of a deadly twentieth century disease makes her think otherwise.

Lizzie Lane writes an excellent story bringing the characters and story to life. Narration and voices were very well done

A wonderful post war story
This was a follow up to the first following three friends from different walks of life bought together during the war years. This follows how their friendship continues through good and bad times. It was told in a way that you really got to get to know each character. A great story, with a real feel good feeling at times.
