Summary

Experts will tell you that there is no cure for chronic migraine headaches. Read the testimonies which tell the personal experiences of patients who have been cured even after 20 years of pain, despite countless medications and alternative attempts to get rid of their migraines.

“There has to be a reason why you get these horrible headaches. If someone has told you that you will just have to live with migraines and you can only attempt to manage them, don’t believe it.”

Cracking the Migraine Code uncovers the mystery of chronic headaches. This is a major paradigm shift and explains in easy-to-understand terms why you get migraines, why they typically occur in the same place time after time, the physiology of a headache, and finally how to get rid of them so you can get your life back. Once we know the underlying cause and how headaches get started, the treatment outcome becomes predictable.

An alternative view worth hearing

I had no problem with the flow or narration. No different to most non-fiction. This book focuses on the link between headaches, your bite and dentistry. Certainly worth a listen to anybody who has tried everything to get rid of migraines. I found it very helpful to continue to understand my condition. I found the second half of the book very valuable.
