We might not remember them, but they are there, in our past. And, fortunately, in our subconscious. These crises of the past and the way we navigated them are stored deep inside of us and hypnosis gives us access to them.
Why is this important?
Because when we connect to these situations in a hypnosis, we also connect to the natural inner resources we used back then to overcome the difficulties (it might have been strength or intelligence, self-compassion or insight, drive or empathy).
More than that, hypnosis can also help us manifest these resources, bringing them forward to the present moment, as support in handling the current challenge.
A feeling of confidence grows inside, as the helplessness recedes. Slowly, there is more trust that we can handle the situation and find the right solutions, as we become more and more connected with our inner resilience and natural drive to overcome difficulty.
