Super different, interesting and helpful audiobook!

All the audiobooks I have so far have been just reading information or stories. This one was very interesting. Having the different soundtracks to listen to while relaxing and sleeping! I have been feeling like I need to do a sleep study and just got a dental sleeping appliance, which I feel like helps… but I’ve also been looking for something like this to help guide my sleep to have deeper sleep! The soundtrack is the typical nice sounds I was finding on YouTube videos for sleep, but I like that I can listen to this off-line. I don’t like having my Wi-Fi or cell service on while I’m sleeping.
