Fantastic insight to human centred design in concert with technology

This is a fabulous book giving the reader a terrific insight to various crucial concepts. Travis and Chris have done a great job of capturing the essence of change theory, digital/social marketing and human centred design. They have delivered them in an accessible and fun package in Digital Sense. If you are curious of mind and enthusiastic to do things differently then you would be wells advise to dive into this book.
