Uplifting!

This book is so uplifting and encouraging! I love the meditation aspect of the book, and the whole idea that the feminine energy has been lost and that we need to find it again, it’s so true! And we can only find it by making a point of focusing on oneself. This book gives you so many positive strategies to ground yourself and constructive steps to get back in touch with yourself. It gets you to really notice your surroundings, drawing from mindfulness. It lifts you energetically and with positivity. Lovely to listen to as you really get to reflect more too. Lovely book to restore your soul!

Inspiring

I have always been interested in magick and to some extent the divine but I didn't know much about the Divine Feminine. Through a few synchronicities, I knew I just had to read this book, and I'm so glad I did. I love that Dolson included some personal annecdotes together with practical advice. The exercises help you tap into your divine feminine energy. Just what I needed on my path to living authentically.

Empowering

This book is an empowering experience. It explores different exercises and techniques to help you with personal growth and self reflection. I liked how it discusses the balance between divine feminine and masculine energy. I learned things I had never thought of before. I was able to identify and let go of some limiting beliefs. The author encourages us to embrace who we are and embrace our inner strength. The advice came across as genuine and compassionate . Well written and inspiring.

Empowering and liberating

This audiobook intrigued me because I am into self-discovery, emotional healing and spiritual growth, but have not heard about it from the perspective of the divine feminine before. I'm so glad I listened. It's about trusting our inner wisdom and appreciating femininity as not a weakness but a source of strength. Not just for women but also for men too, eg "being strong and brave doesn't mean being devoid of compassion or gentleness." I like how it encourages us to be authentic, value ourselves not for what we have or do, but for who we are. The chapter on finding beauty in the broken with the analogy of the broken vase was particularly helpful. The whole book is adeptly narrated by the author, so for anyone wanting to understand more about a universal energy that permeates our world and ourselves, Divine Feminine Unveiled is an empowering and liberating book to hear.

Amazing book to start your journey!

This book has very effective tools to help you understand all the different types of feminine goddess's that are in us and embracing them all! Teaching how to be present in all that you do and letting go of negative past by building a better more positive future! I hate exercising but thanks to this book I can really feel how exercise and just focusing on movement in my body has made it more enjoyable! Must read for well being and love the free downloads!

Essential listening

So many despise the notion of feminism and the feminist movement, but books like these really speak to the heart of women empowering themselves and, by extension, those around them. And I don't see anything wrong with that ;) I'd characterize it best as a spiritual journey, and I highly recommend women take a listen. The idea of projecting your power/inner strength and techniques to help hone this skill are handled very expertly. I love audiobooks for the fact that the narrator also helps to create the experience by their delivery of the words, and this book really did that for me. If you don't want to be bogged down by limiting beliefs and you're looking for a solid listen for emotional healing and growth, this is a great book.
