In the small town of Shadyside, don't stay up late, because horrible things can happen...

Both day and night, Lisa Brooks is plagued with nightmares and hallucinations. Could they be caused by the horrifying accident that landed her in the hospital for weeks? When Lisa finds out that a neighbor is looking for a babysitter for her little boy, Lisa jumps at the chance to keep busy and take her mind off of her troubling thoughts. But then the murders start -- and her friends begin dying one by one. Are Lisa's nightmares coming true? Find out in the next installment of R.L. Stine's Fear Street series, Don't Stay Up Late.

Wonderful as always.

I know many adults bog them down but I’m eleven (a bit young for them but hey) and I can tell you:
Brilliant! Love this series and far superior to goosebumps, which I outgrew at nine or ten years old. They have light jumpscares and are less scary than overall eerie and creepy. Would recommend.

Great book

Very good story, well narrated. Like to read this series, but also works well as an audio book

does not compare in the slightest with the shorter, classic Goosebumps novels.

Good narration, but flat storyline and unrealistic characters. The plot is completely given away by the title. Probably one of the worst books I’ve ever had the misfortune of spending my time and money on, even though the narrator did all she could with what she was given. Still can’t believe this was written by R.L.Stine.
