Beautiful book

I met the author of the book a few months ago as I was a guest on his popular spiritual podcast the awareness explores. I went on to have a number of talks with him online and discovered he was the author of a number of books, he told me about this book (his latest) and I was inspired to have a listen as the topic really intrigued me. I had never heard of MDMA being used as a medicine to help people in therapy. I really enjoyed the book and the authors story. I even got my dad a copy for Xmas as I think he could benefit from some of the amazing therapy techniques discussed in the book. Definitely recommend this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
