Helped a Lot!

Perfect!!!

Finally, an audiobook that actually "get is" and understand the issues I struggle with. I found this to be very insightful, you can tell the author either has ADHD or has really researched it well. the advice is straightforward and easy to follow( which I greatly appreciate). As I was listening at times I felt like the author knew me, it really hot home for me.

great workbook!

The workbook was the best. I love bundles and this did not disappoint. Best chapter of the first book was “Empowered Social and Romantic Life”, and my favorite chapter in the workbook is “Empowered Organization”. This is a great bundle and a great value for those of us who suffer with ADHD. It is a true lifesaver. Recommend

So comprehensive

Fantastic Toolkit!

I really enjoyed this listen and personally preferred the awesome narration at a faster speed. The content itself is both abundant and thorough, as this collection of two books covers the information, tips and advice to develop healthy coping skills. I believe the added value for this one comes in the form of a downloadable PDF that contains all the workbook exercises, making it easier to put them into practice (it certainly helped me!). If you're a woman struggling with the challenges of ADHD, this one is worth a listen.
