Summary
After chatting with a worker ant, Enrico makes the mistake of undervaluing his garden work and sets off to find a job worthy of an ant. Sadly, his career change leaves him feeling tired and miserable. Only after much trouble and toil does he make the acquaintance of a motherly white bird who helps him understand just how important his old job really was.
Written in rhyming couplets, Enrico and the Ant Hill is an endearing tale of a boy who learns a valuable lesson about everyone’s unique role in the world. With the help of his friends, Enrico at last understands that every job is important in its own special way. Even the fun ones! This audiobook contains three versions of the story:
- A musical narration.
- A sleep-time narration.
- A simple narration.
