Great book
I got this audiobook for my 10-year-old nephew, who’s obsessed with basketball and spends half his life dribbling a ball in the driveway. I figured it’d be a fun way to keep him entertained during a long car ride to his grandma’s house last weekend. The narrator’s energy was spot-on—he sounded like he was courtside, calling out plays, which made those old-school stories about legends like Jordan and Magic Johnson come alive. My nephew’s eyes lit up when they talked about Jordan’s clutch shots.
I’m no basketball nut myself, but hearing these stories made me get why he loves it so much. It’s perfect for kids who live for the game, and honestly, I enjoyed it more than I expected.

Great Stories for Young Hoopers
I got this book for my son, who’s recently become obsessed with basketball. He loved reading about the different players and their journeys—it really kept his attention! What I liked most is how the stories sparked conversations about hard work and staying positive, on and off the court. He even started practicing more without me having to remind him! If you’ve got a young basketball fan at home, this is a fun and motivating read.

I like sports games
This audiobook brought me joy and excitement. The story contains heroes and legends to test our knowledge about the games we learned as kids. Questions like, Who invented basketball or How many players were in the game sound fun for the kids. The story is uplifting and meriouse about superstar players like Michael Jordan, Steph Curry, etc, and I am pretty sure many fan kids will love this audiobook. I love the questions the author said in the audiobook, so we can never forget the fun entertainment we experienced as young people. The narrator is clean and fun.

Excellent Choice for Newbies to Basketball
I’m not a huge sports person, but I found this audiobook and attached pdf extremely entertaining. The stories were easy to follow and allowed me to learn about many of the NBA and WMBA players. I liked how it wasn’t just talking about sport. The interactive games that are in the pdf were fun and unexpected additions to the book. The narration was engaging, and the fun activities made it even better for listeners of all ages. If you want something informative and entertaining, even without deep basketball knowledge, this is a great pick.
