how easy and light a book can be whilst being incredibly informative and life changing

found mark dejesus on line and decided to start listening to his books whilst working... very soon felt like he was talking directly to me ..such a simple listen such a practical book .
this book covers so many of life's traumas and how to rethink things practically going to be listening to it multiple times I'm sure 😊
