Excellent subject breakdown

This 2 for 1 audiobook covers alot of ground and I loved that the differing subjects are offered in individual meditations and hyposis sessions. It covers everything from emotional eating to anxiety to affirmations to alleviating pressure. You get alot of content to work through. I liked the combination of these two books as it feels like better sleep and weightloss get harder as the years go on. A holistic approach to improving ones life in one audio.
