Mindful Weight Loss Journey

It is an effective bundle book. I recogined that is an eye-opener guidebook for a person like me who considers tough to stay committed to my goals. I am glad to listen it at morning walk time. Came in as a Beginner, Left Empowered

I had idea what to expect when I picked this up, but after listening, I really think I can make some actual progress on my weight loss journey. I'm a big stress eater, and I've been going through a lot lately. The strategies and tools in this that allow you to actual plug in and proactively create healthier habits are amazing! I'm putting these tools into practice, and I can't wait for where it takes me. Goals: prepare to be crushed!
